I have been with Keller Williams Realty as a realtor for over 9 years now. Prior to being a realtor, I owned my own custom homebuilding business for 7 years, was in construction management (both residential and commercial) for a total of 16 years and held a Florida Certified General Contractor’s license. I am a top producing realtor, recognized both locally and within Keller Williams Realty North and Central Florida regional. My knowledge of homes, the real estate market and love of people drove an organic and natural transition into my current career. Helping people find their dream home or sell their home is an amazing feeling!

 

I grew up in Northern California near Napa wine country and attended Fresno State University, achieving a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management. I moved to Northeast Florida in 1995 after graduating college to follow my parents and two brothers who had moved from California a few years prior.

 

I have lived in Fernandina Beach/Amelia Island for over 25 years, spent several years in Jacksonville (Avondale/Ortega area) with my Fiancé before we moved back to Fernandina Beach. There are so many wonderful places in Northeast Florida, and I love helping people discover new opportunities. I am a Certified Negotiation Expert, a full-service Licensed Realtor, and am constantly studying market trends.

 

When I am not engaged with my clients, who so often remain friends, you will find me playing tennis, walking & playing with my dogs, enjoying tasty delights at any of our locally owned restaurants, listening to live music or spending time with a book at the beach or nearest creek.
