I have been with Keller Williams Realty as a Realtor for over 11 years. Prior to becoming a Realtor, I owned a custom homebuilding business for 7 years, worked in construction management (both residential and commercial) for a total of 16 years, and held a Florida Certified General Contractor’s license. I am a top-producing Realtor, recognized both locally and within the Keller Williams Realty North and Central Florida region. My knowledge of homes, the real estate market, and love for people led to an organic and natural transition into my current career. Helping people find their dream home or sell their home is an amazing feeling!

I grew up in Northern California near Napa wine country and attended Fresno State University, where I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management. I moved to Northeast Florida in 1995 after graduating from college to follow my parents and two brothers, who had relocated from California a few years earlier.

I have lived in Fernandina Beach/Amelia Island for over 27 years and spent several years in Jacksonville (Avondale/Ortega area) with my husband before we moved back to Fernandina Beach. We later relocated to a small farm in North Jacksonville, where we utilize the space to rescue homeless dogs. Northeast Florida has so many wonderful places, and I love helping people discover new opportunities. I am a Certified Negotiation Expert, a full-service licensed Realtor, and I am constantly studying market trends.

When I am not working with my clients—many of whom often become friends—you will find me playing tennis, walking and playing with my dogs, enjoying tasty delights at locally owned restaurants, listening to live music, or spending time with a book at the beach or a nearby creek.
